You've understood it a hundred times. And you're still carrying it.
DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
A little disconnected from yourself lately?
Running on empty. Stuck in the same loops. Craving some clarity, or quietly sensing that something needs to shift , even if you can't quite put it into words.
You don't always need to understand it. Sometimes the body simply knows before the mind can explain. If something in you is drawn to this, that's worth listening to.

You can't think your way out of what the body is holding.
WHAT IT IS
Conscious Connected Breathwork.
A simple, continuous breath, no pause between the inhale and the exhale, paired with music, candlelight and a space held entirely for you. Together they carry you gently out of your busy mind and back into your body, to the part of you that's been waiting to be heard.
Every session is live, fully guided, and led with care from the first breath to the last. This is your space to put down what you've been carrying, to feel what's underneath, and to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Soothing, sometimes emotional, often profound.
WHAT TO EXPECT
How a session unfolds.
01
Settle
We begin gently ,grounding, a little context, and space to arrive. Nothing is asked of you but to lie back and get comfortable.
03
Release
Emotion, energy, stillness — everyone's different. Safe and held the whole way, you let the body do what it's been waiting to.
02
Breathe
Guided throughout, you move into the connected breath. The music carries you; your only job is to keep breathing and let whatever comes, come.
04
Rest
We close with quiet and integration — time to come back slowly, softer than you arrived, and more like yourself
WHO IT'S FOR
No experience needed. Everyone welcome.
You don't need to have done this before, and you don't need to think of yourself as a "breathwork person." Whether it's your first session or your fiftieth, you're welcome exactly as you are. Our group sessions are open to everyone
YOUR FACILITATOR
Held by Kirsty.
Breathwork found me in a season that asked me to stop, when I'd understood it all a hundred times over, and was still carrying every bit of it. It gave me back a part of myself I hadn't realised I'd lost.
Now, holding this space for others is the most meaningful thing I do. However you arrive, you'll be met with warmth, kept completely safe, and guided gently back home to yourself. No agenda, no expectations, just you, your breath, and me right beside you.
